June's exercise log

In this space I'll be keeping track of my exercise progress throughout the month of June and in to the rest of the summer.

GOAL: 1000 minutes

Total for week one: 225 minutes
Total adding week two: 405 minutes
Total adding week three: 650 minutes
Total adding week four: 980 minutes
Total for the whole month: 1070!!!!!
