Monday: 45 mins of elliptical
My feet always get kind of numb and tingly on the elliptical. Does this happen to anyone else? I hate it!
Tuesday: 5 miles
I did intervals, a 10 minute warm-up and then 10x1 min intervals with a 2 min recovery followed by a 10 minute cool-down. After my first interval I thought "oh this will be a piece of a cake!" um, NO. I sprinted that minute and it was HARD.
I hadn't been to bootcamp in a while and it was a really fun one. We did a loop of exercises, including mountain climbers, sprints, jumping, stairs, and bear crawl and tried to beat our previous time each loop we did. Fun to throw in a little competition sometimes!
Friday: 4 miles
An easy run, though I was battling a bit of a cold.
Sunday: 6.3 miles
I did one loop of Lake Union with my two running besties. It was really fun to run with them both again. It was a gorgeous morning, the leaves on some of the trees are already turning a brilliant red!
